My Therapy Philosophy

The most effective changes happen when there is a sense of trust and safety in a therapeutic relationship. I will endeavour to build mutual respect, unconditional positive regard, and confidence between us.

I am an open person and believe that honesty and integrity is an important part of being a therapist, it is something that I value in my clients also.

Practice & Experience

I have a variety of therapeutic skills and knowledge and will use these to support the facilitation of tools and techniques that will help to enable you to make lasting changes.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, particularly stress, anxiety, relationship issues, loss and self development and empowerment.

I work exclusively online, offering flexible and secure virtual sessions. I also facilitate group therapy at The Priory Hospital.

I am an Integrative Therapist who is Professionally Accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I maintain ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains current and effective.

My approach combines evidence-based techniques with compassionate care, tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
